摘要
对遥测装置采集信号的工作原理进行概述,对控制部件陀螺点火、遥测采集信号异常故障现象进行分析,认为该故障主要是因为遥测装置连接器处有缝隙,陀螺点火产生的高温高压燃气颗粒进入装置内部,引起遥测装置采集信号受到干扰。对装置及连接器周围进行涂胶密封,成功解决了采集信号受干扰问题,并通过了试验验证。
On the basis of working principle of the acquisition signal of the telemetry device,the abnormal fault phenomenon of signal acquired by the telemetry device is analyzed when the gyro is ignited.It is believed that the fault is caused by the gap between the connector and telemetry device,and the high-temperature and high.pressure gas particles produced by the gyro ignition are entered into the interior of the device,so the signal acquired by telemetry device is disturbed.The glue is gelatinized around the device and connector for sealing,which can resolve the interference of acquisition signal successfully,and is verified with experiments.
