摘要
为了较简单、精确地获得C反应蛋白(CRP)检测中T峰和C峰的位置,设计了一种小型的荧光检测设备,并提出一种新的寻峰算法,即平移窗口寻峰算法。该检测设备包括光路、电路等的设计及优化。通过单光路结构的设计,保证设备结构紧凑、整体体积较小;通过内环电流反馈和外环光强反馈,使得LED激发光输出稳定。对CRP的检测实验表明,平移窗口寻峰算法操作简单,获得T峰和C峰的位置精确度相比于一般多项式拟合法分别提升50.0%和52.9%,具有较高的精度。
A small-sized fluorescence detection device is designed to simply and accurately acquire the location of T-peak and C-peak in C?reactive protein(CRP)detection,and a window shifting peak?searching algorithm is proposed.This detection device includes the design and optimization of optical path and circuit.The design of single optical path structure can maintain the compact structure and small overall size of the device.The inner current feedback and outer light intensity feedback can make the output light excited by LED stable.The detection experiment results of CRP show that the window shifting peaksearching algorithm has easy operation and high precision,and the obtained location accuracy of T-peak and C-peak is increased by 50.0%and 52.9%respectively than that of the general polynomial fitting method.
