摘要
通过跟踪对比试样的成分、金相、拉伸曲线以及现场轧制参数控制情况,分析了柳钢Ф10mm盘螺屈服强度偏低的原因,优化轧制、冷却参数,改善了Ф10mm盘螺的力学性能。
By tracing and comparing the composition,metallographic,tensile curves and field rolling parameters,the reasons for the low yield strength of 10 mm disc screw in Liugang were analyzed.The rolling and cooling parameters were optimized,and the mechanical properties of 10 mm disc screw were improved.
