摘要
目的:观察非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例血浆中CO、NO和H_2S浓度的变化,探讨它们之间的相互关系以及与IPI的关系。方法:病例组为本院诊治的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤住院患者36例,按照IPI评分,0~1分9例(低危组),2分8例(低中危组),3分10例(高中危组),4~5分5例(高危组),对照组20例选自我院体检中心的健康体检者。测定病例组和对照组血浆中的CO、NO和H_2S浓度,同时探讨它们之间的相互关系,以及与IPI的关系。结果:和正常对照组相比,非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例治疗前血浆中CO、NO和H_2S水平上升(P<0.05);且IPI 4~5分组CO、NO和H_2S水平水平高于IPI 0~1分组、2分组和3分组(P<0.05);IPI 3分组CO、NO和H_2S水平高于IPI 0~1分组(P<0.05)。经治疗致完全缓解以后,血浆中CO、NO和H_2S水平下降,明显低于化疗前的水平(P<0.05),但与正常对照组比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);病例组的患者在治疗前后血浆CO、NO和H_2S浓度变化趋势一致,三者呈正相关(P<0.05);结论:非霍奇金淋巴瘤病例发病时血浆中CO、NO和H_2S浓度明显上升,IPI评分越高,CO、NO和H_2S水平相对越高,经治疗致完全缓解后血浆中的CO、NO和H_2S水平明显下降,且三者呈正相关;CO、NO和H_2S共同参与了非霍奇金淋巴瘤疾病的病理生理过程。
Objective:To observe the changes of CO,NO and H 2S concentrations in plasma in cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL),and to explore the relationship between them and relation with IPI.Methods:36 Patients in the hospital were treated by the case group,According to the IPI score,they were classified into low risk(0-1)9 cases,low-intermediate risk(2)8 cases,high-intermediate risk(3)10 cases,high risk(4-5)5 cases.and 20 cases in the control group were healthy medical examiners in the Medical Examination center of our hospital in the same period.The concentrations of CO,NO and H 2S in the plasma of the case group and control group were measured,and the relationship between them was also discussed.Results:Compared with the normal control group,the concentrations of CO,NO and H 2S in plasma of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The CO,NO and H 2S level of IPI 0-1 group,2 group and 3 group was lower than that of IPI4-5 group(P<0.05);the CO,NO and H 2S level of IPI3 group was higher than that of IPI 0-1 group,After complete remission of treatment,the levels of CO,NO and H 2S decreased in plasma,significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and not statistically significant compared with the normal control group(P >0.05);Patients in the case group had consistent changes in plasma CO,NO and H 2S concentrations before and after treatment,The three were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concentrations of CO,NO and H 2S in plasma of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are significantly higher,and the higher the IPI score,the higher the CO,NO and H 2S level,the level of CO,NO and H 2S in plasma decreases obviously after complete remission of treatment,and the three are positively correlated,and CO,NO and H 2S may be involved in the pathophysiological process of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma disease.
