摘要
目的观察和分析护理干预对鼻炎患儿在治疗依从性和复发情况方面的影响。方法选取2016年6月～2017年12月在本院收治的96例鼻炎患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例;对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿在对照组常规护理的基础上实施护理干预,对比两组患儿的治疗依从性、鼻炎复发率、护理总有效率。结果观察组的治疗依从性为95.83%,鼻炎复发率为4.17%,护理总有效率为93.75%,较对照组的治疗依从性为81.25%,鼻炎复发率为22.92%,护理总有效率为79.17%,均存在着显著的差异,差异具有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论对鼻炎患儿实施护理干预,能够显著增强患儿的治疗依从性,提高和改善护理总有效率,减轻鼻炎复发率。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance and recurrence of the treatment of children with rhinitis.Methods 96 cases of children rhinitis in children from June 2016 to December 2017 of the hospital were randomLy selected as the observation object of study,the 96 pediatric cases were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,two group with 48 cases in each group;the control group received usual care patients,the patients in the observation group the implementation of nursing intervention in the control group based on routine care,compared two groups of children with rhinitis treatment compliance,relapse rate,the total efficiency of nursing.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 95.83%,rhinitis recurrence rate was 4.17%,the total efficiency of nursing was 93.75%,treatment compliance and control group was 81.25%,nursing rhinitis recurrence rate was 22.92%,total efficiency is 79.17%,there is significant difference between the observation group and the control group of two groups of children with treatment compliance nasal inflammation,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for children with rhinitis can significantly enhance the treatment compliance of children,improve and improve the total effective rate of nursing,and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of rhinitis.
