摘要
近些年大量的文献对实验大小鼠采血方法进行了比较研究,以探究出最适合的采血方法,从而获得高质量的血液样本。本文主要介绍了几种实验大小鼠常用的采血方法,及不同采血方法对动物福利的影响,为选择最适的采血方法提供相关的理论依据,提高实验效率,降低实验影响。
Recently,many studies have compared different methods for blood collection from experimental rats and mice to determine the most suitable method to obtain high-quality blood samples.This review introduces several blood collection methods commonly used in rats and mice,and their effects on animal welfare.This will provide a theoretical basis for selecting the most suitable method of blood collection to improve experimental efficiency and reduce the impact on experimental results.
