摘要
阐述了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的抗冲击性能改善的原理,提出工艺流程优化改造的思路。结果表明:将原Fina工艺的单预聚釜改造为双预聚釜,调整2个预聚釜的工艺参数,控制第一预聚釜负荷在10%、第二预聚釜负荷在30%左右,可有效提高聚丁二烯接枝苯乙烯的接枝率;新调控技术投用后,HIPS的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度提升了10%~20%。
This paper describes how the anti-impact of high impact polystyrene(HIPS)is improved and offers the suggestions for process flow upgrading.The results show that the grating rate of polybutadiene to polystyrene is enhanced significantly when the pre-polymerization single reactor in Fina process is replaced by dual-reactor,the parameters of dual reactors are adjusted to 10%of load of the 1st reactor and 30% of the 2nd reactor.The Izod notched impact strength and tensile strength are improved by 10%to 20%.
