摘要
为了使铁路客运产品更好地满足旅客出行需求,对我国铁路基于旅客满意度的旅客列车合理始发域优化问题进行研究。在对我国路网进行分割的基础上,利用现有运行图数据估计各区段旅客列车旅行时间,通过聚类分析方法选取具有代表性的典型城市进行旅客出行满意度调查,计算基于时区偏差的不同城市旅客分时段出行满意度,最终计算得到不同等级旅客列车对应不同发车时刻的整体满意度,并据此确定旅客列车的合理始发域。仿真计算结果表明,考虑旅客满意度对于优化列车开行方案、方便旅客旅行具有现实意义。
To make railway passenger products better satisfy passengers’travel demand,we study the optimization of the passenger trains reasonable departure domain based on passengers’satisfaction degree.By analyzing the Chinese network structure,the existing operation chart data is used to estimate the travel time of passenger trains in each section.Through the cluster analysis of urban road network,we select representative cities to investigate the travelers’satisfaction degree.Then the passengers’satisfaction degree of different city in different periods based on time zone deviation is calculated,and the overall satisfaction degree of different grades of passenger trains at different departure times is finally calculated.Based on this,the reasonable passenger trains departure domain is determined.The simulation result shows that passengers’satisfaction degree is of great practical significance to the optimization of the train operation plan and the convenience of passengers’travel.
