摘要 饲料产业是现代养殖业发展的物质基础,我国虽然饲料生产企业数量众多,但大多数处于手工作坊或半自动化阶段,已经不能适应现代化生产的需要,基于PLC技术的饲料生产过程自动控制是未来的发展方向。本文分析了PLC的基本原理及硬件系统构成,依据《饲料质量安全管理规范》设计了饲料生产过程自动控制系统构成,以及最重要的自动配料、搅拌和饲料成品包装与输送两个子系统,最后设计了系统主控界面。本文解决了饲料生产过程控制关键性的技术问题,对促进饲料工业发展具有重要作用。 The feed production is the material basis for the development of modern aquaculture industry.Although there are a large number of feed production enterprises in China,most of them are in the hands-on workshop or semi-automatic stage,which can no longer meet the needs of modern production.The automatic control of feed production process based on PLC technology is the future direction of development.This paper analyzes the basic principle of PLC and the hardware system composition.According to the Feed Quality Safety Management Regulations,the design of automatic control system for feed production process,and the most important two systems of automatic batching and mixing,packaging and conveying of feed production are finally designed.The system main control interface is designed.This paper solves the key technical problems in the control of feed production process and plays an important role in promoting the development of feed industry.
