水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂对X80管线钢的缓蚀性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究动态条件下水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂对管线钢的缓蚀性能,以X80管线钢为研究对象,采用旋转圆柱电极装置结合电化学法和失重法,研究X80管线钢在含不同水溶性咪唑啉缓蚀剂浓度下的多相流(0.5%石英砂+3%NaCl的水溶液)中的冲刷腐蚀行为。对失重量、电化学阻抗谱以及Tafel曲线进行分析的结果表明,咪唑啉缓蚀剂对金属的阳极反应以及阴极反应都有明显的抑制作用:当咪唑啉缓蚀剂的质量分数低于0.8%时,冲刷腐蚀速率随着缓蚀剂的增加而降低;当缓蚀剂的质量分数为0.8%时,金属表面吸附的缓蚀剂达到饱和状态,缓蚀作用最强,冲刷腐蚀速率最低;当缓蚀剂的质量分数大于0.8%时,冲刷腐蚀速率上升。作为混合型缓蚀剂的水溶性咪唑啉,通过其"几何覆盖效应"对X80管线钢起到了缓蚀作用,因而咪唑啉缓蚀剂的最佳质量分数为0.8%。 In order to study the corrosion inhibition performance of water-soluble imidazoline inhibitor for pipeline steel under dynamic conditions,taking X80 pipeline steel as the study object,the rotating cylindrical electrode method and weight loss method are used to study the erosion-corrosion of X80 pipeline steel in multiphase flow(0.5% silica sand + 3% NaCl) with different concentrations of water-soluble imidazoline inhibitor. Through analysis of weight loss,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and Tafel curve,results show that the imidazoline inhibitor has an obvious inhibitory effect on the anodic and cathodic reactions of metals. When the concentration of imidazoline inhibitor is lower than0.8%, the erosion-corrosion rate would decrease with the increase of inhibitor. When the inhibitor concentration is 0.8%, the corrosion inhibitor adsorbed on the metal surface would reach a saturation state,and the corrosion inhibition effect is the strongest while the erosion-corrosion rate is the lowest.When the inhibitor concentration is more than 0.8%, the erosion-corrosion rate would increase.Therefore, the water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is mixed corrosion inhibitor, which can inhibit the corrosion of X80 steel through geometric coverage effect. The optimum dosage of imidazoline is 0.8%.
