摘要
既有高铁线路新增车站加宽路基时,需要对框架桥涵进行接长,采用常规方法接长易对高铁路基本体造成扰动,影响高铁正常运营。以海南环岛铁路东段提质改造工程为例,介绍一种高铁框架桥涵接长施工的新工法。采用绳锯切割既有"八字墙"的方法,在不扰动既有高铁路基本体的情况下进行框架桥涵接长,其安全性、质量、工期、经济效益、社会效益等方面都优于常规方法,可解决既有高铁增设新车站、加宽路基等工程引起的框架桥涵接长等难题。
With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China and the rapid increase of passenger flow in recent years,a large number of high speed railway lines need new stations and widening subgrade.Therefore,a large number of frame bridges and culverts are connected to long projects.The length of the bridge and culvert of high speed rail and culvert will be disturbed by the conventional method,which will disturb the normal operation of the high speed rail.This article introduces a new construction method for the construction of high iron frame bridge and culvert in the east section of the east section of the east section of the Hainan ring railway.This method uses a rope saw to cut the wing wall,which ensures the safety of the high speed rail,reduces the effect on its operation efficiency,and does not disturb the basic body of the high railway.Bridge and culvert are long,and are superior to conventional methods in safety,quality,time limit,economic benefit,social benefit and so on.It solves the problem of frame bridge and culvert length caused by the construction of new station and widening subgrade in China.
