摘要
芳香烃受体(AHR)信号通路是细胞氧化应激(OS)反应中的关键通路,是一种结合激活的转录因子,在多个器官和组织中高度表达,调节异种生物生化反应,在炎症、代谢紊乱和癌症中起着至关重要的作用,参与调控OS反应导致的多种疾病。该文就OS反应及其引起的白癜风和糖尿病,AHR信号通路的组成、作用及其对OS引起的白癜风和糖尿病的作用进行综述,为以后研究AHR信号通路与白癜风和糖尿病的治疗提供参考。
Aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AHR)signaling pathway is a key pathway mediating cell oxidative stress(OS).AHR is a ligand-activated transcription factor that is highly expressed in multiple organs and tissues.It regulates the biochemical reactions including inflammation,metabolic disorders and cancer.It also participates in a variety of diseases caused by OS.This review focuses the vitiligo and diabetes that caused by OS response,trying to elucidate composition and function of the AHR signaling pathway.Better understanding AHR signaling pathway lays the foundation for the treatment of vitiligo and diabetes.
