摘要
在高炉炼铁过程中,入炉料铁矿石中钾、钠、锌3种元素会与高炉耐火砖发生反应,严重时会使耐火砖砖体破裂,影响高炉生产。为保证炼铁高炉稳定顺行,需要对铁矿石中钾、钠、锌3元素快速、准确测定。实验将试样研磨过200目(74μm)筛,压样机压力30t,保压时间30s,应用压片制样-X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)测定铁矿石中钾、钠、锌3种元素。对同一铁矿石试样进行精密度测试,钾、钠、锌3种元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为1.3%、1.5%、2.8%。对铁矿石标准样品进行分析,测定值与认定值一致,相对误差在允许范围内。
During the blast furnace iron making process,the potassium,sodium and zinc in iron ore will react with refractory bricks in blast furnace,leading to the fracture of bricks and in severe case.As a result,the blast furnace production is influenced.In order to guarantee the stable and smooth production of blast furnace iron making,the contents of potassium,sodium and zinc in iron ore should be rapidly and accurately determined.The samples were grinded and sieved with 200-mesh(74μm)sieve.The sample was then prepared using pressing machine at pressure of 30t for 30s.The contents of potassium,sodium and zinc in iron ore were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF).The precision test was conducted using one same iron ore sample.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of determination results was 1.3%,1.5%and 2.8%for potassium,sodium and zinc,respectively.The standard sample of iron ore was analyzed according to the experimental method,and the found results were consistent with the certified values.The relative error was within the allowable range.
