临高县杂交水稻制种母本机插秧试验

Preliminary Report on Mother Machine Transplanting Rice Seedlingsof Hybrid Rice Seed Production in Lingao County

摘要 临高县农业技术推广服务中心于2017年引入了杂交水稻制种母本插秧机,开展了杂交水稻制种母本机插秧田间试验。以博Ⅱ优225杂交水稻制种为试验对象,比较了人工插秧与杂交水稻制种母本机插秧的效果。试验结果表明,在生育期,机插秧母本的播始历期比手插母本长0.5~0.8叶,成穗率低3.5%,但其最高苗数比手插母本多42~45万/hm^2,有效穗数比手插多21万/hm^2,而且机插方式的产量比手插方式高0.0126 kg/m^2;二者每平方米总穗数、每穗总粒数、每穗实粒数、结实率等均无显著性差异。但综合考量制种成本,杂交水稻制种机械育插秧比传统的人工插秧每亩节约成本227元,效率提高15~17倍。因此,本研究认为,该项杂交水稻制种母本机插秧技术更具有省工、高效、低成本、产量稳的优势,具有在临高县内进行推广的实际意义。 In 2017,Lingao Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center used the hybrid rice seed-making mother transplanter,the field experiment of hybrid rice seed-making mother transplanter was carried out.Taking Bo II You 225 hybrid rice as the experimental material,the effects of artificial transplanting and mother machine transplanting on hybrid rice seed production were compared.The results showed that in the growth period,the sowing period of the machine transplanting female parent was0.5-0.8 leaves longer than that of the hand transplanting female parent,and the earing rate was 3.5%lower,but the highest seedling number was 42~45 million/hm^2 more than that of the hand transplanting female parent,the effective ear number was more than 210,000/hm^2,and the yield of the machine transplanting was 0.012 6 kg/m^2 higher than that of the hand transplanting female parent.There were no differences in the numbers of panicles per m^2,the real numbers of grains per panicle,the number of grains per panicle and the seed setting rate.However,considering the cost of seed productio,the mechanical transplanting of hybrid rice seed production and breeding saved 227 yuan per mu and increased the efficiency by 15~17 times.Therefore,this study considered that the mother machine transplanting rice seedlings had the advantages of labor saving,high efficiency,low cost and stable yield.It had practical significance of popularization in Lingao County.
