摘要
采用传统手动打表测量大型滚动轴承旋转精度时,其载荷加载方式有一定的局限性。针对该问题,研制出一种适用于自动化测量大型轴承旋转精度的中心轴向载荷加载装置。该加载装置通过伸缩调节功能实现对不同尺寸段大型轴承内圈或外圈的中心轴向载荷加载,解决了负荷块加载方式的不通用性,并且整体结构简单、加载稳定、容易实现。
The traditional manual method is used to measure the rotational accuracy of large rolling bearings,the loading method has some limitations.For this problem,a central axial loading device for automatic measurement of rotational accuracy of large bearings is developed.The loading device realizes the central axial loading of large bearing inner or outer rings with different sizes by the telescopic adjustment function,the inconsistency of load block loading method is solved,and the overall structure is simple,the loading is stable and easy to implement.
