摘要
随着国家对基础研究的重视程度不断提升,科研院所迎来了高速发展时期,越来越多的分支机构被并入其中,传统的科研项目管理系统已无法有效的对外部区域部门进行快速准确管理。本文对科研院所信息化系统进行了详细调研,旨在改进传统研究所信息管理系统过于单一的工作状态,探索并提出一种提高系统内各部门之间工作协调与调度,促进多地一体化、数字化、交互式网络应用管理的新模式。
With the increasing emphasis on basic research,scientific research institutes have entered a period of rapid development.More and more branches have been merged into scientific research institutes.The project management system of traditional scientific has been unable to effectively manage the external regional departments quickly and accurately.This paper investigates the information system of scientific research institutes in great detail.The purpose is to improve the single working state of the information management system of traditional research institutes.Explore and propose a way to improve the coordination and scheduling of work among different departments in information system and to promote the integration,digitalization and interactive network application management.
