热膨胀反向承压气氛烧结制备高致密度Ti_3SiC_2陶瓷

摘要 介绍了一种新型的Ti_3SiC_2陶瓷的制备方法。通过利用烧结过程中模具及承压粉自身的膨胀产生应力,反向作用于陶瓷坯体,使高温陶瓷坯体烧结致密化。该方法具有工艺可控,无需复杂设备,无尺寸及形状限制等优点。采用此方法实际合成的Ti_3SiC_2陶瓷致密度可以达到95%,接近热压合成Ti_3SiC_2陶瓷的致密度,测试电阻率达到2.8×10^(-7)Ω·m,表面硬度达到329HV,在900℃以下具有良好的抗氧化性,具有广泛的应用价值。 This paper introduces a new preparation method of Ti3SiC2 ceramics.The method utilizes the expansion of the mold and the pressure-bearing powder itself during the sintering process to generate stress,and acts in the opposite direction on the ceramic body to make the high-temperature ceramic body sintered and densified.The process has controllable process,no complicated equipment,no size and Advantages such as shape restrictions.The density of Ti3SiC2 ceramics synthesized by this method can reach 95%,close to the density of hot-pressed Ti3SiC2 ceramics.The test resistivity reaches 2.8×10^-7Ω·m,the surface hardness reaches 329 HV,and it has good resistance below 900℃.Oxidizing properties have a wide range of applications.
