摘要
针对救早、灭小和"3分钟到场"扑救初起火灾的目标,设计研究了一款高压细水雾电动消防巡逻车。该款电动消防巡逻车搭载高压细水雾灭火装置、便携式干粉灭火器以及其他必要的救援装备,并配备100 L蓄水箱。简要介绍该巡逻车的整体结构设计。对其灭火性能、机械性能以及可靠性指标性能等进行了测试分析,试验结果表明,该消防款巡逻车能够实现预定目标,满足实际消防救援需求。
In response to the goal of saving the early fire,destroying the small fire and"three minutes to the scene"to save the initial fire,a high-pressure water mist electric fire patrol car was designed and researched.This electric fire patrol car is equipped with a high-pressure water mist fire extinguishing device,portable dry powder extinguisher and other necessary portable rescue equipment.It is equipped with a 100 L water storage tank.The overall structure design of the patrol car was briefly introduced.The fire extinguishing performance,mechanical performance and reliability index performance were tested and analyzed.The test results showed that the fire patrol car can achieve the predetermined goal,and meet the actual fire rescue needs.
