摘要
目的对比病例教学CBL(Case-Based Learning,CBL)联合多功能模拟人教学和传统教学培养出来的学生之间的差异,了解病例教学(CBL)联合多功能模拟人教学的优劣。方法抽取560名学生简单随机分为两组,每组按照不同教学方式进行教学,通过一学期的教学后进行成绩检测和问卷调查,最终对比两组学生成绩和对于教学方法的态度。结果病例教学(CBL)联合多功能模拟人教学培养出来的学生在操作考试和理论考试上均与传统教学培养出来的学生的成绩有统计学意义(P <0.05),同时实验组和对照组学生在综合分析能力,临床思维能力,临床操作技术,学习兴趣的满意程度调查具有统计学意义。结论病例教学(CBL)联合多功能模拟人教学相对于传统教学不仅能够提高学生的理论成绩,还能提高学生的操作能力和独立思考解决问题的能力,同时提高了学生上课的积极性,对于在未来培养出优质毕业生有着重要的意义。
Objective To compare the differences between students in the Case-Based Learning(CBL)combined with multi-functional simulation teaching and conventional teaching,and to understand the advantages and disadvantages of CBL combined with multi-functional simulation teaching.Methods A total of 560 students were randomly divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The study group received CBL combined with multi-functional simulation teaching and the conventional group received conventional teaching mode.The evaluation scores of the oretical knowledge and practical ability for two groups were evaluated,and attitudes of the two groups of students towards different teaching methods were investigated through questionnaire.Results The evaluation scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical ability for two groups were compared,the difference between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The joint multi-functional simulation teaching can greatly improve students'comprehensive analysis ability,clinical thinking ability,clinical operation ability and learning interest.Conclusion CBL combined with multifunctional simulation teaching can not only improve students'theoretical achievements,but also improve students'clinical practical ability.CBL combined with multi-functional simulation teaching can improve learning passion of students and it is of great significance for cultivating qualified graduates in the future.
