摘要
为解决机场道面达到设计寿命前发生疲劳破坏的问题,提出将预应力混凝土技术应用于机场道面工程。采用后张法对机场道面混凝土小梁施加预应力,设计三分点弯曲加载方案对96根混凝土小梁进行弯曲、抗折和疲劳试验。结果表明:施加预应力后,竖向荷载作用下小梁的挠度减小了2. 99%~5. 56%,拉应力数值及拉应力区显著减小;抗折强度提高了11. 26%~59. 42%,裂缝数量和宽度都明显减小;平均疲劳寿命增大了3. 18~5. 99倍,且随预应力的增大而增大,预应力混凝土弯曲疲劳寿命服从双参数Weibull分布,相关系数达到0. 95以上。基于Weibull分布建立了反映应力水平S和疲劳寿命N关系的双对数疲劳方程。
In order to solve the problem of fatigue failure of airport pavement before the design life was reached,the application of prestressed concrete technology in airport pavement engineering was presented in this work.The post tensioning method was applied to the concrete beams,the bending test and fatigue test were carried out on 96 concrete beams through the method of three-point bending load.Results show that when the prestress is applied,the deflection of beams under vertical load is reduced by 2.99%-5.56%,the tensile stress and the tensile stress zone are significantly decreased;the bending strength is increased by 11.26%-59.42%,the number and width of cracks are obviously decreased;the average fatigue life is increased by 3.18-5.99 times,and it increases with the increase of the prestress.The bending fatigue life of prestressed concrete obeys the double parameters Weibull distribution,and the correlation coefficient is above 0.95.Based on the Weibull distribution,a double logarithmic fatigue equation is established which reflects the relationship between the stress level(S)and the fatigue life(N).
