摘要
应用型本科院校必须面向区域经济发展的需要,改革人才培养模式。安徽省经管类应用型人才需求一直保持平稳增长态势,用人单位更关注学生人际交往与沟通能力、团队协作能力、实践动手能力、创新能力、心理调节能力。经管类应用型人才培养模式存在的主要问题包括:课程设置不合理、实践教学效果不佳、企业合作机制不完善。建议重构以应用能力为核心的模块化课程体系,改进实践教学方式方法,推进产教深度融合,营造校企协同育人环境。
Applied undergraduate colleges must reform the talent training model in response to the needs of regional economic development. The demand for applied talents in Anhui Province has maintained a steady growth trend. Employers pay more attention to students' interpersonal communication and communication skills, teamwork ability, practical ability, innovation ability and psychological adjustment ability. The main problems in the training model of applied talents include: unreasonable curriculum, poor practice teaching, and imperfect corporate cooperation mechanism. It is suggested to reconstruct the modular curriculum system with application ability as the core, improve the practice teaching methods, promote the deep integration of production and education, and create a school-enterprise collaborative education environment.
