摘要
面对工业4.0的要求,德国精英高等工程人才培养逐渐超越传统的自主路径,探索更深层次的协同之路。其中,由慕尼黑大学等三所精英大学合作的巴伐利亚州软件工程精英硕士项目是比较有代表性的实践案例,其特点为:促进学生发展与工程教育规律的深度融合,通过课程项目深化协同,将工程实践嵌入培养过程。这对中国高等工程教育改革有一定的启示:中国工科背景的研究型大学应深化精英高等工程教育,优化协同模式,构建形神兼备的实践体系,关注学生的体验。
Faced with the requirements of industry 4.0,the elite universities in Germany have gradually surmounted the traditional autonomous path and explored deeper collaborative paths for the talent cultivation of elite engineering.The Bavarian software engineering elite graduate program,which is jointly organized by three elite universities including Munich University,is a representative practical case.It has such characteristics as promoting the deep fusion of student development and engineering education rule,deepening collaboration through course projects,and embedding practice in cultivation.It has more implications for China to reform the higher engineering education.The research-oriented universities which have advantages in engineering education should deepen the elite education,optimize the cooperative mode,construct a practical system with combination of form and spirit,and pay more attention to the students'experience.
