摘要
桃果实采收多集中于盛夏高温季节,后熟软化迅速,极易发生腐烂变质。温度是影响水蜜桃保鲜效果的重要因素,但桃果实属于冷敏性果实,传统低温贮藏常常引起桃果实冷害的出现,影响果实的商品价值。因此,研究桃冷害生理及温度调控措施具有重大意义。本文介绍了桃果实的冷害生理,研究了不同温度条件处理对桃果实保鲜的影响,以期为桃果实的采后保鲜提供参考。
Peach fruit harvest is mainly concentrated in the high temperature season in summer,which is easy to decompose and deteriorate after ripening.Temperature is an important factor affecting the fresh-keeping effect of honey peach,but peach fruit is a cold-sensitive fruit.Traditional lowtemperature storage often leads to the cold damage of peach fruit,affecting the commodity value of the fruit.Therefore,it is of great significance to study physiology and temperature regulation measures of peach chilling injury.In this paper,the physiology of chilling damage of peach fruit was introduced,and the effects of different temperature conditions on fruit preservation was studied,so as to provide references for fruit preservation after harvest.
