摘要
中医外科学是中医药院校主干课程之一,是一门以中医药理论为基础,阐明外科疾病证治规律的课程,其专业性和实践性较强,在讲授过程中对授课教师的综合能力有着较高的要求。传统的课堂讲授教学模式很难达到高质量教学效果,针对中医外科学的教学现状,笔者运用基于案例式教学法和任务驱动式教学模式相结合,在中医外科学教学实践中,既能将学生模拟于真实的工作环境中,又能很好的激发学生学习的欲望和自主性,两者结合可以明显提高学生分析与解决问题能力、培养学生的创新意识,最终取得了满意的教学效果,是适合中医外科学临床教学特点的教学方法之一。
Traditional Chinese medicine surgery is one of the main courses in Chinese medicine colleges and universities.It is a course that clarifies the rules of evidence and treatment of surgical diseases based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Because of the characterizes by professionalism and practicality of this course,there are high requirements on the comprehensive ability of teachers.According to current situation of Chinese traditional surgery teaching,traditional lectures teaching model is very difficult to achieve high quality teaching effect.Combination of the practice of teaching in the Chinese traditional surgery,author based on the use of case type teaching method and task driven teaching mode,not only to simulate the students in a real working environment,but also to motivate students'learning desire and autonomy.This methods combination of these can improve students'ability to analyze and solve problems,cultivate the students'innovation consciousness,finally has obtained the satisfactory teaching effect.It is one of teaching methods suited to the characteristics of the Chinese traditional surgery clinical teaching.
