镀液pH值对汽车用碳素钢Ni-W合金镀层性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于提高汽车用碳素钢表面性能的考虑,在碳素钢基体表面制备了Ni-W合金镀层。研究了镀液pH值对Ni-W合金镀层的表面形貌、微观结构、显微硬度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:当镀液pH值为5.0~6.0时,镀层表面非常平整,几乎看不出任何的结构特征;而当镀液pH值为7.5~8.5时,镀层呈细晶团簇结构。随着镀液pH值的升高,电流效率降低,镀层厚度随之减小,显微硬度呈先增大后减小的趋势。当镀液pH值为6.0时,镀层的显微硬度最高(为6 454MPa),在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中具有最佳的耐蚀性。 In order to improve the surface properties of carbon steel for automotive applications,Ni-W alloy coatings were prepared on the surface of carbon steel substrate.The influence of bath pH value on the surface morphology,microstructure,microhardness and corrosion resistance of Ni-W alloy coatings was studied.The results showed that the coating prepared in acid bath(pH value was 5.0~6.0)was very smooth,and it was hard to see any structure characteristics.However,the coating prepared in alkaline bath(pH value was 7.5~8.5)was fine-grain cluster structure.With the increase of bath pH value,the current efficiency and coating thickness decreased,while the microhardness increased first and then decreased.When pH value was 6.0,the coating has the highest microhardness(6 454 MPa),and exhibited excellent corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution.
