摘要
搪瓷用钢在涂搪烧搪后,材料性能会发生变化。通过相关实验,对材料搪烧前、后在拉伸性能、硬度、显微组织等方面的变化情况进行了研究。发现搪瓷对材料的硬度和拉伸强度、抗拉强度都有影响,涂搪搪烧后材料的硬度和屈服、抗拉强度均降低。搪瓷层使试样出现靠近搪瓷层的表层晶粒长大现象,导致材料搪瓷面的显微硬度低于未搪瓷面。
The properties of the enamel substrate are changed after it is enameled and burned.The paper studies the effect of the tensile property,the hardness and the microstructure of the enameling material.The results show that the hardness and the tensile property of the material deteriorated after enameled and burned.The enamel layer causes the grain growth close to the surface layer,and the microhardness of the enamel surface of the material is lower than that of the non-enamel surface.
