摘要
现代学徒制是由传统学徒制发展而来,是由企业、学校、行业、政府共同培育人才的一种培养模式。现代学徒制在职业教育中占有很重要的地位,对职业教育的推动和发展意义重大。本文正是以此为切入点,通过借鉴学习德国学徒制经济效益和社会效益,再与我国现行学徒制进行对比,最后得出研究结论和对比借鉴,以求对我国的学徒制研究提供简要参考。
Developed from the traditional apprenticeship system,the modern apprenticeship system is a training mode in which enterprises,schools,industries and governments jointly cultivate talents.Modern apprenticeship plays an important role in vocational education and is of great significance to the promotion and development of vocational education.Starting from this,by learning from the economic and social benefits of the German apprenticeship system,and then comparing with the current apprenticeship system in China,this paper finally draws the research conclusions and comparative reference,in order to provide a brief reference for the apprenticeship research in China.
