摘要
随着中共十九大"乡村振兴"战略的提出,乡村发展的重要性和乡村建设的紧迫性进一步凸显,乡村如何实现持续发展、宜居建设、综合振兴成为新的时代命题,设计师如何能够在此背景下发挥更好的作用也越发重要。本文解读了乡村振兴的背景和要求,回顾了既往乡村规划建设的成效和做法,剖析了存在的问题和成因。探讨乡村振兴战略背景下"设计下乡"的目标和要求,明确设计师应担负的责任,并提出落实设计下乡的实施路径,包括:深入了解乡村和村民的实际需求;突出乡土设计和营造;设计的系统集成;设计施工运营的整合;加强政策扶持和机制保障。期待通过精心的规划设计、施工建设和持续有效的运营,为乡村的全面振兴提供极具活力的空间载体。
With the proposal of 19"rural revitalization"strategies,the importance of rural development and the urgency of rural construction have been further highlighted.How to achieve sustainable development,livable construction and comprehensive revitalization of rural areas has become a new era proposition,and how designers can play a better role has become more and more important.This paper explains the background and requirements of rural revitalization,reviews the results and practices of rural planning and construction in the past,and analyzes the existing problems and causes.To explore the objectives and requirements of"design to the countryside"under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,clarify the responsibilities that designers should shoulder,and put forward the implementation path of design to the countryside,including:in-depth understanding of the actual needs of villages and villagers;highlight local design and construction;design system integration;integration of design,construction and operation;we will strengthen policy support and institutional support.Through careful planning and design,careful construction and continuous and effective operation,it is expected to provide a very dynamic space carrier for the overall revitalization of the countryside.
