摘要
为探讨牛至油在青山羊生产中的饲喂效果,选用40只生长期济宁青山羊,按体重随机分成4组(对照组和试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组),每组10个重复,每个重复1只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅰ~Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加200、500、800 mg/kg牛至油,测定青山羊的生长性能、屠宰性能及肉质等指标。结果表明:①试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组腹泻指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);②试验Ⅱ组屠宰率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各组间的净肉率、肉骨比和眼肌面积未有显著变化(P>0.05);③试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组熟肉率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组青山羊肌肉剪切力显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综合各项指标,在本试验条件下,生长期济宁青山羊日粮中牛至油的适宜添加水平为500 mg/kg。
In order to study the effect of oregano essential oil(OEO)on Jining gray goats,forty growing Jining gray goats were randomly divided into 4 groups(the control group and the experimental groups ofⅠ~Ⅲ)by body weight,10 replicates per group and 1 goat in each replicate.Goats in control group were fed with basal diet.The experimental groups ofⅠ~Ⅲwere fed with basal diet+200 mg/kg OEO,basal diet+500 mg/kg OEO and basal diet+800 mg/kg OEO respectively.The trial lasted for 38 days.The growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality were observed in the experimental period.The results showed as follows:①The average daily gain(ADG)in groupⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The feed:body weight(F/G)in groupⅡwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The diarrhea index in groupⅡandⅢwere significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).②The dressing percentage in groupⅡwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).But there were no significant difference in carcass meat rate,meat-bone ratio and eye muscle area of goats among all groups(P >0.05).③The cooked meat rates in groupⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The shear force in groupⅡwas significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate adding supply of dietary OEO level for the growing Jining gray goat was 500 mg/kg.
