摘要
目的探讨血液透析室整体护理中舒适护理的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月～2018年2月在我院行血液净化治疗的60例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。两组患者均行整体护理,观察组在对照组基础上加入舒适护理。比较两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分和舒适度评分。结果观察组患者的焦虑评分为(5.6±0.3)分,低于对照组的(9.4±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的抑郁评分为(5.3±0.3)分,低于对照组的(10.1±1.1)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒适度评分为(87.3±3.4)分,高于对照组的(74.2±2.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于血液透析室整体护理中,可缓解患者的负面情绪,提高患者的护理舒适度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in holistic nursing of hemodialysis room.Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure treated by blood purification in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given holistic nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of the control group.Anxiety,depression and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score of the observation group was(5.6±0.3)points,lower than that of the control group(9.4±0.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The depression score of the observation group was(5.3±0.3)points,lower than that of the control group(10.1±1.1)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort score of the observation group was(87.3±3.4)points,higher than that of the control group(74.2±2.6)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing applied in holistic nursing of hemodialysis room can alleviate patients'negative emotions and improve patients'nursing comfort.It is worth popularizing and applying.
