摘要
目的探讨布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵对阻塞性肺气肿患者血气指标及肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年2月至2018年4月医院接诊的阻塞性肺气肿患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,各49例。对照组行常规治疗+异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上加用布地奈德治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前、后肺功能指标及血气指标水平。结果联合组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FEV1、FEV1/FCV及PEF水平均升高,且联合组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的PaO2及SpO2水平均升高,PaCO2水平均降低,且联合组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合异丙托溴铵治疗阻塞性肺气肿的效果显著,能明显改善患者的肺功能和血气指标。
Objective To study the effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide on blood gas indexes and pulmonary function in patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods Ninety-eight patients with obstructive pulmonary emphysema in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2018 were selected and divided into combined group and control group according to random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy and aerosol inhalation of ipratropium bromide,and the combined group was treated with budesonide on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes and blood gas indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,FEV1/FCV and PEF of both groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PaO2 and SpO2 increased,and the levels of PaCO2 decreased in both groups,and those of the combined group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of obstructive pulmonary emphysema has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the pulmonary function and blood gas indexes of patients.
