摘要
目的比较输尿管结石患者采取输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2018年2月收治的输尿管结石患者90例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组实施输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组实施钬激光碎石术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间及血尿时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,结石排净率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术前,两组患者BUN与Cr水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,两组患者BUN与Cr水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管结石患者接受输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术与钬激光碎石术治疗均有一定的价值,但钬激光碎石术治疗可缩短手术时间、住院时间及血尿时间,减少术中出血量,提高结石排净率,同时还可更好地改善肾功能。
Objective To compare the effects of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi.Methods Ninety patients with ureteral calculi admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,while the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and hematuria time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that of the control group,and the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,there were no significant differences in BUN and Cr levels between the two groups(P >0.05).After operation,BUN and Cr levels in both groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and holmium laser lithotripsy are valuable for the treatment of ureteral calculi,but holmium laser lithotripsy can shorten the operation time,hospitalization time and hematuria time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,improve stone clearance rate,and improve renal function.
