摘要
目的探讨单边截石位联合骨牵引床在股骨粗隆间及转子下骨折PFNA术中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年1月至2017年12月收治的138例股骨粗隆间及转子下骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各69例。对照组行平卧位切开复位内固定术,观察组行改良式PFNA术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、骨愈合时间、并发症发生情况及患者手术满意度。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及骨愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,手术满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论单边截石位联合骨牵引床应用于股骨粗隆间及转子下骨折PFNA术中,不仅能缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率,且能提高患者满意度,对促进术后髋关节功能的恢复意义重大。
Objective To investigate the application effect of unilateral lithotomy combined with bone traction bed in PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 138 patients with intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 69 cases in each group.The control group underwent open reduction and internal fixation in supine position,the observation group underwent modified PFNA surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bone healing time,complications and the surgical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,bone healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the surgical satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of unilateral lithotomy combined with bone traction bed in PFNA surgery for intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures can not only shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding loss and decrease incidence of complications,but also improve patients'satisfaction,which is of great significance to promote the recovery of hip function after operation.
