摘要
目的探讨气囊仿生助产技术在产科分娩中的应用效果及对产妇剖宫产率的影响。方法选取我院产科2017年1月至2017年12月收治的800例产妇为研究对象,根据产妇是否实施助产技术将其分为常规组(n=555,常规阴道分娩)和干预组(n=245,气囊仿生助产技术辅助阴道分娩)。比较两组的产程时间、分娩方式、产后并发症发生情况、分娩疼痛情况及新生儿结局。结果干预组第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组阴道分娩率明显高于常规组,剖宫产率和首次剖宫产率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组产后会阴血肿、尿潴留、产褥期感染及产后出血的发生率均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组第一产程、第二产程、产后24 h的VAS评分均明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组1例新生儿窒息,常规组18例新生儿窒息,干预组新生儿窒息发生率为0.41%,明显低于常规组的3.24%(P<0.05)。干预组新生儿出生后1、5及10 min的Apgar评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论产科分娩中应用气囊仿生助产技术可降低剖宫产率,改善母婴结局。
Objective To investigate the application effect of balloon bionic midwifery technique in obstetric delivery and its effect on cesarean section rate on puerperas.Methods A total of 800 puerperas admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as objects.According to whether the puerperas performed midwifery techniques,they were divided into conventional group(n=555,routine vaginal delivery)and intervention group(n=245,balloon bionic midwifery technology assisted vaginal delivery).The time of labor,mode of delivery,incidence of postpartum complications,labor pain and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor,second stage of labor and total labor time of the intervention group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,the cesarean section rate and the first cesarean section rate were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum perineal hematoma,urinary retention,puerperal infection and postpartum hemorrhage in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the first stage of labor,second stage of labor and 24 hours after delivery in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).One case of neonatal asphyxia in the intervention group,and 18 cases of neonatal asphyxia in the conventional group,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the intervention group was 0.41%,which was significantly lower than 3.24%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The Apgar scores at 1,5 and 10 min after birth of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of balloon bionic midwifery in obstetric delivery can reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.
