摘要
目的分析使用PDCA管理工具对提高我院护理不良事件上报正确率的影响。方法回顾我院2016年1月至2016年6月护理不良事件上报数据,统计分析上报错误点,制定顶层设计、全方位培训、多层级监管的系统改进措施,比较实施PDCA管理前、后护理不良事件上报正确率。结果实施PDCA管理后的不良事件上报正确率为90.14%,明显高于实施PDCA管理前的82.37%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论管理者科学的使用PDCA等管理工具,并利用查检表、鱼骨图、柏拉图等工具,可以有效的提高护理不良事件上报正确率。
Objective To analysis the effect of using PDCA management tools to improve the the correct reporting rate of nursing adverse events in our hospital.Methods This paper reviewed the reporting data of nursing adverse events in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016,made statistical analysis of reporting errors,formulated systematic improvement measures of top-level design,all-round training and multi-level supervision,and compared the reporting accuracy of nursing adverse events before and after implementation of PDCA management.Results The correct reporting rate of nursing adverse events after implementation of PDCA management was 90.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.37%before implementation of PDCA management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The correct reporting rate of nursing adverse events can be effectively improved by using PDCA and other management tools scientifically,such as checklist,fishbone chart,Plato and other tools.
