摘要
为全面了解中国民航飞行员工作压力状况,进一步探索民航飞行员工作压力与不安全行为的关系,基于工作压力和不安全行为的相关测量理论构建量表,对中国民航6家航空公司的飞行员进行问卷调查,获取131个有效样本数据。在信效度分析基础上,基于相关分析、多元回归分析等方法对民航飞行员工作压力及其对不安全行为的影响进行研究。结果表明:中国民航飞行员工作压力较高,显著高于一般职群工作压力。其中,因工作感兴趣及投入程度这一维度导致的工作压力最大。飞行员工作压力与不安全行为呈显著正相关,且工作压力的3个维度(人际关系、物理条件、工作兴趣)与不安全行为的2个维度(安全遵守行为、安全参与行为)均显著相关。工作压力对飞行员不安全行为具有显著正向影响,工作压力的3个维度对不安全行为均有显著预测力,其中物理条件压力的预测力最强。
In order to fully understand the occupational stress of civil aviation pilots,and further explore the relationship between occupational stress and unsafe behavior of civil aviation pilots,measurement scales were constructed based on related measurement theories.The questionnaire survey was conducted on the pilots of 6 airlines in China civil aviation,and 131 effective sample data was obtained.The reliability and validity were analyzed,and the correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to study the impact of occupational stress on unsafe behavior.Results show that the occupational stress of Chinese civil aviation pilots are large,significantly higher than the occupational stress of general group.Among the three dimensions of occupational stress,the pressure of occupational interest is the biggest.There is a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and unsafe behavior.The three dimensions of occupational stress(interpersonal relationship,physical conditions,occupational interest)are significantly correlated with the two dimensions of unsafe behavior(safety compliance behavior,safety participation behavior).The occupational stress has a significant positive impact on unsafe behavior of pilots,and the 3 dimensions of occupational stress have significant predictive power for unsafe behavior,and among them,the physical conditions have the strongest predictive power.
