摘要
牛磺酸因具有促进脂类消化吸收、调节腺体分泌、保护细胞、提高动物机体免疫等多种生物学功能而受到普遍关注,广泛应用于食品、营养保健品及医药等行业。而作为饲料添加剂在畜牧生产中的应用则仍有些问题需要解决,如牛磺酸在畜禽不同生长阶段的适宜添加剂量、与其他日粮搭配的互作效应、日常添加有无最高限量要求等仍需大量试验来研究。本文就牛磺酸的生理功能及其在猪生产中的应用加以阐述,以期为生产实践提供参考。
Taurine has been widely used in food,nutrition and health care products and medicine industries because it has various biological functions such as promoting digestion and absorption of lipids,regulating gland secretion,protecting cells,and improving immunity of animals.However,as a feed additive in livestock production,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the amount of suitable additives for taurine in different growth stages of livestock and poultry,the interaction effect with other diets,and the maximum amount of daily requirements.Wait for a lot of trials to study.This article describes the physiological function of taurine and its mechanism of action,and summarizes the recent application of taurine in pig production,in order to provide a reference for the better application of taurine in pig production.
