摘要
采用溶剂法合成了系列咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂,并利用红外光谱仪对其结构进行了分析。采用静态失重法分析了缓蚀剂在1mol/L的盐酸介质中的缓释效果;利用铁与硫酸铜的氧化还原反应分析了缓蚀剂的成膜性能;采用扫描电镜、电子能谱仪对腐蚀产物进行了表征和分析。结果表明,油酸咪唑啉季铵盐具有较好的缓释性能,氯化苄比硫酸二甲酯季铵化后的缓释性能好。在20℃下,当缓蚀剂的浓度为1400mg/L时,油酸咪唑啉氯化苄季铵盐对A3钢片的缓释率达到99.05%,在其表面形成较强的保护膜,表面点蚀较弱,抗腐蚀性较好。极化曲线测试表明合成的缓蚀剂均为阴极抑制型缓蚀剂。
A series of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitors were synthesized by solvent method and the structures were analyzed by infrared spectrometer.The sustained release of corrosion inhibitor in 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid medium was analyzed by static weightlessness.The redox reaction of iron and copper sulfate was used to analyze the film formation performance of the corrosion inhibitor.Corrosion products were characterized and analyzed by the scanning electron microscope and electronic energy spectrum analyzer.The results show that the quaternary ammonium imidazoline oleate have better sustained-release properties,and the benzyl chloride have better sustained release performance than that of the quaternized dimethyl sulfate.At 20 ℃,when the concentration of corrosion inhibitor is 1400 mg/L,the sustained release rate of benzyl quaternized ammonium oleate imidazoline can reach 99.05%.Strong protective film is formed on its surface,with less surface pitting and better corrosion resistance.The polarization curve test shows that all the synthetic corrosion inhibitors are cathode inhibitory corrosion inhibitors.
