摘要
采用沥青混合料的不同改性工艺能有效改善其性能。通过橡胶粉干法开展不同胶粉掺量下的沥青混合料最佳油石比研究,并做了不同胶粉掺量下沥青混合料的高温性能、低温性能、水稳性能等路用性能的试验。结果表明:增加胶粉细度可以提升胶粉改性效果,2%胶粉参量闷料60分钟后,试件的改性效果最佳。
The performance of asphalt mixture was improved by different modification processes, and suitable modification process can effectively improve the performance of asphalt mixture. Herein the optimal asphalt-aggregate ratio, as well as the high-and low-temperature behavior and the water stability of the mixture in different content of dry rubber powder, were studied by tests. The results show that, as the fineness of rubber powder is increased, the modification effect of test-pieces may be improved, and be the best when 2 % rubber powder is mixed and the material enclosing time is 60 minutes.
