摘要
结合指数理论和科技创新评价理论,开展南京市区域科技创新发展指数评价研究,对全市各区科技创新主要指标进行量化和运算处理,多层次、多视角、多维度反映各区科技创新发展综合水平,为进一步提升南京区域科技创新能力提供科学支撑。
In combination with the index theory and the theory of scientific and technological innovation evaluation,the evaluation of Nanjing regional scientific and technological innovation development index is carried out.The main indexes of scientific and technological innovation in all regions of the city are quantified and processed in order to reflect the comprehensive level of scientific and technological innovation and development in various regions from the perspective of multi-level,multi angle and multi dimension,which in order to further promote the innovation of Nanjing regional science and technology.Ability provides scientific support.
