摘要
为研究混凝土水化热及不同时刻浇筑混凝土对早龄期水泥混凝土路面温度场的影响,利用ABAQUS热传导分析平台,编制混凝土水化热、第一、第二类热传导边界条件Fortran子程序;该模型可分析出在夏季典型无云天气条件下3、12、16、21时浇筑混凝土的路面在72 h内的温度场变化规律。结果表明:通过与埋设在实验路面中部的温度传感器实测值进行对比,验证了上述早龄期水泥混凝土路面温度场理论分析的正确性。研究表明:在夏季典型无云天气条件下,忽略混凝土水化热将给早龄期混凝土路面温度场计算带来5℃的误差;水泥混凝土路面的最佳浇筑时间段为16~21时。
In order to study the effect of hydration heat of concrete and pouring of concrete in different times on the temperature field of cement concrete pavement at early age,using the ABAQUS analysis platform of heat conduction,to prepare concrete hydration heat,the first and the second kind of heat conduction boundary conditions Fortran subroutine,the model can be changed in typical weather conditions in summer cloudless 3,12,16,21 pouring concrete pavement temperature within 72 h.The results showed that compared with the experimental value by buried in the pavement of central temperature sensor test,the correctness of the analysis of the early age cement concrete pavement temperature field study theory was verified.The research shows that in the summer typical cloudless weather conditions,ignoring the hydration heat of concrete will bring 5℃error to the calculation of the temperature field of the early age concrete pavement;The best casting time of cement concrete pavement is 16 pm to 21 pm.
