摘要
基于梁的弯曲变形理论,建立了形状记忆合金梁的非线性控制方程,研究了拉压不对称系数对悬臂梁在集中载荷作用下的非线性变形的影响,分析得出相变各阶段梁截面应力分布,自由端的挠度以及相边界变化情况。结果显示,拉压不对称系数越大,中性层位移越大且最大值越靠近固定端;拉压不对称系数对受压侧相边界影响大于受拉侧;随着载荷增加,相边界整体向自由端移动且移动越来越慢。
The non-linear governing equation of the shape memory alloy beam has been established based on bean bending deformation theory,the effect of non-linear deformation of the tension-compression asymmetric coefficient on cantilever beam under concentrated load effect is researched,and the stress distribution,deflection of the free end and the corresponding boundary changes of the section in each stage are analyzed and gained.The result shows that,the neutral layer distribution has a positive correlation with the tension-compression asymmetric coefficient,and the largest value is closer to the fixed end;The effect of the tension-compression asymmetric coefficient on the phase boundary of the pressure side is larger than that on the tension side;With the increase of the load,the phase boundary moves to the free end,and the speed is more and more slow.
