摘要
目的:探讨调脾养胃汤加减联合雷贝拉唑治疗湿热壅滞型反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将2016年7月-2017年12月收治的80例反流性胃炎患者,依据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者,对照组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、复方氢氧化铝片、盐酸伊托必利分散片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用调脾养胃汤治疗。两组患者共治疗3个月。对比两组患者的临床疗效和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、血清胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为72.50%,观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前的TNF-α、IL-8、MTL和GAS水平对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),在治疗后,两组患者的TNF-α、IL-8和GAS水平较治疗前出现下降(P <0.05),治疗后的MTL水平较治疗前出现上升(P <0.05),治疗后的观察组TNF-α、IL-8和GAS水平较对照组下降更为明显(P <0.05),MTL较对照组上升更为明显(P <0.05),对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:湿热壅滞型反流性胃炎患者采用调脾养胃汤加减联合雷贝拉唑治疗的临床疗效较好,且能有效改善相关指标水平,值得在临床中推广实施。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Tiaopi Yangwei decoction(调脾养胃汤)plus rabeprazole on duodenogastric reflux of the Shire Yongzhi type(湿热壅滞型).Methods:From July 2016 to December 2017,80 cases were divided into two groups,40 cases in each.The control group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,compound aluminium hydroxide tablets,itopride hydrochloride dispersible tablets.The observation group was given the Tiaopi Yangwei decoction more,for 3 months.Results:The total efficiency was 72.50%in the control group,lower than 92.50%in the observation group,P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and GAS in two groups were decreased(P<0.05);and the levels of MTL was increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and GAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the MTL in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tiaopi Yangwei decoction plus rabeprazole on duodenogastric reflux of the Shire Yongzhi type shows a good effect,can improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
