摘要 目的为防止医用内窥镜不良事件的发生,对其进行电气安全检测。方法依据医疗设备通用电气安全BF型医疗设备检测标准要求,使用Fluke ESA620电气安全检测仪,对我院10台医用内窥镜进行电气安全检测,参数包括:保护接地阻抗、绝缘阻抗、对地漏电流、外壳漏电流、患者漏电流。结果当前医院所用10台医用内窥镜电气安全各项性能指标都合格,设备可良好运行。结论将电气安全检测贯穿于医用内窥镜全生命周期管理中,有效防止不良事故发生,提高医疗质量。 Objective In order to prevent the occurrence of adverse events of medical endoscopes,electrical safety detection was carried out.Methods According to the requirements of the general electric safety testing standard for BF medical equipment,electrical safety testing on 10 medical endoscopes was conducted using the Fluke ESA620 electrical safety detector.The parameters included protective grounding impedance,insulation impedance,ground leakage current,shell leakage current,patient leakage current.Results At present,the electrical safety parameters of 10 medical endoscopes used in our hospital were all qualified,and the endoscopes could run well.Conclusion Electrical safety detection should be performed throughout the life cycle management of medical endoscopes to effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse events and improve medical quality.
