摘要
目的比较特比萘芬凝胶联合角蛋白酶治疗皮肤癣菌病的疗效。方法选择2014年1月—2017年12月来我院就诊的120例体癣患者,按治疗方法分为对照组、观察组,每组60例。对照组于患处涂自制1%特比萘芬的特比萘芬凝胶Ⅰ,观察组于患处涂含1%角蛋白酶和1%特比萘芬的自制特比萘芬凝胶Ⅱ。记录并比较2组组治疗期间偶数日的病变记分;治疗期第14天和28天,比较2组的真菌清除率和治愈率。结果治疗期第10天直至结束,对照组病变记分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期第14天和28天,对照组真菌清除率(37.7%和73.6%)显著低于(P<0.05)观察组(63.6%和92.7%)。治疗期第14天和28天,对照组治愈率(9.4%和56.6%)显著低于(P<0.05)观察组(27.3%和83.6%)。结论特比萘芬联合角蛋白酶对皮肤癣菌感染所致体癣治疗效果优于特比萘芬单独应用,值得临床推广。
Objective In order to explore the efficacy of terbinafine gel combined with keratinase in the treatment of dermatophyte infection.Methods Selected 120 tinea corporis patients who attended our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017.All patients were divided into control group and observation group by treatment methods,60 cases in each group.Control group applied homemade terbinafine gelⅠ(containing 1%terbinafine)to the affected area.The observation group applied homemade terbinafine gelⅡ(containing 1%keratinase and 1%terbinafine)to the affected area.The lesions scores of even days during treatment between two groups were recorded and compared.The fungal clearance rate and cure rate on the 14th and 28th days of the treatment period between two groups were compared.Results From the 10th day of treatment until the end of the treatment period,lesion scores in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 14th and 28th days of the treatment period,the fungal clearance rate in the control group(37.7%and 73.6%)was significantly lower than that in the observation group(63.6%and 92.7%,P<0.05).On the 14th and 28th days of the treatment period,the cure rate in the control group(9.4%and 56.6%)was significantly lower than that in the observation group(27.3%and 83.6%,P<0.05).Conclusion Terbinafine combined with keratinase is superior to terbinafine alone in the treatment of tinea corporis caused by dermatophyte infection and is worthy of clinical promotion.
