摘要
为了提高焊接质量,降低X80直缝埋弧焊管制造过程中产生的残余应力,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对焊管合缝、焊接和去应力退火三个关键工序中产生的应力进行了分析计算。结果显示,合缝过程中,管坯的内、外表面应力分布从焊缝位置到焊缝180°处呈波动式增加,应力值从20 MPa升至550 MPa;焊接完成后,焊缝处和焊缝180°处焊接应力最大,约为350 MPa,从焊缝10°到180°范围内应力逐渐增大,相比较合缝工序,下降了约200 MPa,但残余应力仍然很大;以600℃去应力退火为例,退火前后,管坯内、外表面的残余应力下降了约50%。结果表明,去应力退火具有减小和均匀X80厚壁直缝埋弧焊管残余应力的作用,残余应力值随着去应力退火温度的升高而逐渐降低,焊管制造过程中,应兼顾经济效益和综合性能,选用最佳消除残余应力的工艺,提高焊管质量。
In order to improve the welding quality and reduce the residual stress generated during the manufacturing process of X80 longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe,the stress generated in the three key processes of welded pipe joint welding,welding and stress relief annealing was analyzed and calculated by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results show that during the jointing process,the stress distribution on the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe increases fluctuating from the weld position to the weld 180°,and the stress value increases from 20 MPa to 550 MPa.After welding,the welding stress at the weld and the weld 180°is the largest,about 350 MPa,and the stress gradually increases from 10°to 180°in the circumferential direction,which is about 200 MPa lower than the molding and stitching process.However,he residual stress is still large.Taking 600°C stress relief annealing as an example,the residual stress on the inner and outer surfaces of the tube blank decreased by about 50%before and after annealing.The results show that the residual stress of X80 thick-walled submerged arc welded pipe can be reduced and homogenized by stress-relieving annealing,and the residual stress value decreases gradually with the increase of de-stressing annealing temperature.In the manufacturing process of welded pipe,the economic benefit and comprehensive performance should be taken into consideration,and the process of eliminating residual stress should be selected to improve the quality of welded pipe.
