摘要
对包头市4条城区河道生活点源、工业点源及事故排口进行调研,针对每个排污口的实际情况采取不同的截污设计方案比选,选取技术合理、投资节约、施工便利、运营可靠的截污设计方案对包头城区4条主要河道入河点源进行有效控制,解决了包头城区主要河道沿河点源污染问题。若要实现入河污染零排放,还需要在控制入河面源污染、消除内源污染和削减大气沉降等方面着手。
Discharge outlets of domestic sewage source, industrial wastewater source and accident of the four urban rivers in Baotou city were investigated. Aiming at the actual situations of each outlet, adopt different sewage interception design scheme comparison. Problems of point pollutions along the rivers were solved through selecting proper sewage interception designs for the four rivers in urban area, which were technically reasonable, investment saving, easy to construct and reliable for operating. However, area-source pollution, endogenous pollution and even atmospheric deposition should be controlled if zero release is to be achieved.
