摘要
新时代科技创新思想是对马克思主义经典作家以及中国共产党历代领导人科技观的继承与弘扬。其内容主要体现在:一是强调科技人才这一活要素在创新系统中的核心作用;二是提倡深化改革科技创新体制;三是强调提升原始创新能力;四是把科技创新作为强国手段同实现民族大业复兴、人民幸福生活结合起来。其现实意义主要体现在:一是正确把握住了我国的科技创新现实情况;二是指明了我国创新能力发展的方位;三是马克思主义科技观中国化的最新理论成果,是新时代中国特色社会主义思想体系的重要组成部分。
Thought of scientific and technological innovation in the new era is the inheritance and promotion of scientific and technological concept of Marxism classic writers and leaders of the Chinese Communist Party.Its main contents are as follows:First,attaching importance to the key role of innovative talents as the living elements of the scientific and technological innovation system;Second,advocating the deepening reform of the scientific and technological innovation system;Third,emphasizing the promotion of the original innovation capability;Fourth,linking the scientific and technological innovation as a powerful means to the national prosperity and national rejuvenation.The realistic meaning is mainly embodied in the following aspects:One is forming a correct understanding of the actual situation of scientific and technological innovation in China;Two is pointing out the direction for promoting the ability and level and future development of scientific and technological innovation in China;Three is the latest theoretical achievements of the Sinicized Marxist scientific and technological concept,and is an important part of the socialist ideological system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
