摘要
目的评价基于问题的教学法(PBL)在急诊医学教学中的效果。方法由2名研究人员分别独立通过计算机系统地检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI 1979年至2017年9月)、中国生物医学文献数据库系统(CBMDisc 1989年至2017年9月)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP 1989年至2017年9月)及万方数据库(1989年至2017年9月)收集关于PBL教学法在急诊医学教学中效果的研究文献,同时检索纳入文献的参考文献。根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献、提取信息后运用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入24篇文献,其中24篇文献中涉及理论考试成绩,17篇涉及操作考试成绩。在提高医学生理论考试成绩方面,PBL教学法优于传统教学法(MD=6.53,95%CI[5.33,7.72],P <0.00001)。在提高操作技能成绩方面,PBL教学法优于传统教学法(MD=8.69,95%CI[6.66,10.71],P <0.00001)。结论在急诊医学教学中,PBL教学法在提高理论成绩和操作技能方面优于传统教学方法,适合在急诊教学中开展。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Problem-based Learning(PBL)in emergency medicine teaching.Methods:The CNKI,CBMDisc,VIP journals database and Wanfang database were retrieved to collect the controlled trial of PBL in emergency medicine.The references of the conforming literatures were also retrieved.The statistical analysis was used by Revman5.3 software after information extraction.Results:24 articles were included in the study.The academic test scores were evaluated in 24 studies and the operational test scores were evaluated in 17 studies.Meta-analysis results showed that the PBL method is superior to traditional teaching method on improving academic test scores(MD=6.53,95%CI[5.33,7.72],P<0.00001)and in terms of improving operation skills(MD=8.69,95%CI[6.66,10.71],P<0.00001).Conclusion:PBL is superior to the traditional teaching method in improving theoretical performance and operational skills,which is suitable for emergency teaching.
