摘要
本文综述了青贮饲料的色泽、气味、质地和酸度四项感官指标的研究进展,以及影响青贮感官的因素,以期为青贮饲料感官评定提供参考。
In this paper, the research progress of four sensory indexes, such as color, odor, texture and acidity of silage, and the application progress in practical production were reviewed to provide reference for sensory evaluation of silage.
